'This album isn't about loss, it's about moving on, and letting go of things, people and feelings that hold you back. It's about forgiving your own mistakes. It's about healing.' - Viki on her debut album 'The Truth about Forever'

I can honestly say, hand on heart, that music is my life.

I know it's cliche, but it's the truth.

I've always wanted to sing professionally, not necessarily be famous though, because I'm quite a private person. I believe in the healing power of music, and that one song can change your life.

Since I was about 4 years old, I was making up songs in my head and singing them at anyone who would listen. By age 7, I had 2 guitars, a drum kit, a keyboard and a karaoke machine in my bedroom...and my poor mum had a constant headache!

It's taken me years to build up enough confidence to actually chase my dreams, but one day I woke up and realised that life was passing me by and I had to do something about it now, before it was too late.

I kept putting it off, putting my life and goals aside for the sake of others, but not anymore.

So here I am. Come at me 2017, I'm ready!

About Me

Musical Influences

Jeez, where to start with this one...

I'm a huge fan of Kate Bush, Annie Lennox, Gabrielle and Fleetwood Mac , but I'm also a bit alternative at heart, so I listen to the likes of The Goo Goo Dolls, Alanis Morrisette, Sheryl Crow, Skun Anansie et al.

Right now I'm loving Jess Glynne, Jessie Ware, Adele, Tom Odell and Bastille, there are some little known artists that are totally underrated that I love but there's too many to mention.

Behind everyone's favourite song lies an untold story....
